Forward, with the fear still in it.
- Lines
- Whatever's on your mind, in as few words as you like.
- Threads
- One question, then another, until you find what's underneath.
- Reflections
- Everything you've written, read back to you — including the part you keep circling.
None of this is here to make the fear go away. It's here so you can see what it is — because a thing you can see is a thing you get to decide about, instead of one that decides for you.
Not a life with nothing to be afraid of. The next step taken anyway.
What it is
An iOS app for self-reflection. Instead of waiting for you to fill a blank page, it speaks first — a question arrives at a time you chose, and you answer in a line.

There is no account, and no name. What you write stays on your phone. Reflection is the one exception — what it reads travels through our server to the model that answers, and we keep no copy of it. We store nothing on our side.
What this isn't
Fearward is a tool for self-reflection, not therapy. It doesn't diagnose, and it can't replace a professional.
If things feel too heavy, please talk to someone you trust, or a professional. findahelpline.com lists free, confidential lines worldwide.
